Three days in Los Angeles! ✈️

Three days in Los Angeles!
Need a quick getaway to refresh your energy?? I know I did! Booked a last minute trip to LA. It was my first time going and seriously couldn’t get enough. So much to see and do! Here’s some ideas for your future trip!

DAY 1 * We were there almost three full days and got so much done! Our first day there we checked into our hotel. The Godfrey Hotel. It was amazing! The staff was so nice and the vibe all around was so good!
Ilove a good modern hotel and that was it! They have a rooftop pool with a view that is unforgettable! We even can see the Hollywood sign from our hotel room window! After we got settled in we headed to the Hollywood Walk of Fame which was only a few blocks over. We checked out the Chinese Theater and saw all the celebrity handprints on the ground.
Around the corner there’s a shopping center and of course I ran into a few shops. We had dinner at Mel’s Diner which I totally recommend! Such an old school cool vibe and the food is good!

Day 2 * We started that Sunday with an amazing service at Mosaic. What a beautiful service with a good word! We made reservations in advance and had a fabulous brunch at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. How iconic that hotel is! We saw the ballroom where they have hosted so many award shows like the Golden Globes! The pool was stunning, Everything was! From there we headed to The Greystone Mansion. It was too on my friends list and I’m so glad, it was such a beauty. Mariah Carey music videos have been filmed there.
Also the Gilmore Girls show! They had a list of all things that have been filmed there, pretty amazing! It was free to go and check out the property. I believe you can get tickets to see the inside but it’s only open a couple days of the month. I would add this site to your top things to do! It was unbelievable!
After that, we took an Uber to the LACMA museum. We didn’t go inside but they had a really cool exhibition outside with a. Bunch of lamp posts. So cool for photos! They had some restaurants and we hung out eating a yummy fruit cup from a street vendor! We headed over to The Grove, it’s a huge shopping center with a Farmers Market beside it. We had dinner there that were so good! Trejos tacos, highly recommend! So many options to get food from the farmers market. We did a little shopping and headed back for the night.

Day 3 * Our last day! We went up to the rooftop and enjoyed the view for a bit before heading to breakfast at our hotel. after that we headed to the Santa Monica Pier. Such a kid friendly place. I’ll have to bring the kids next time! We saw what it was all about and thought it would be cool to check out Venice beach so we did that too! Quick Uber ride over. By this time it was closer to the afternoon so we headed for a quick bite and some coffee at Carrera Cafe. They can put any design on your coffee! That’s what got me! Thought that was so neat! From there we headed for our luggage at our hotel and went to the airport!

We got so much done for only three days, the weather is beautiful in California. Can not wait to be back! I hope this post helps you plan your trip! I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have!
Safe travels!
