White Sands National Monumemt ☀️
WOW! We finally made it to this site! It has been on my bucket list for almost two years, since I first heard of it! It is a photographers dream! Or if you’re like me and are one to “Do it for the gram” then it’s for you!! It is such a beautiful site to see! The sand is so white you can barely see with out glasses. The sand is so soft and the dunes are everywhere. I did a little research to see how that ended up that way. Here’s what Wikipedia said…. During the Permian Period, shallow seas covered the area that today forms White Sands National Monument.…

To cruise or not to cruise
Here it goes…. This past April we went on our very first cruise. It was so amazing!! We took a seven day cruise through the Carribean. Our stops were Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. I was a little nervous about getting on a ship and not being able to get off for 7 days!! Let me just tell you that there is so much to do on that ship that you barely have any time to think that you’re in the middle of the ocean. It really was not bad. None of us got sick. Although we don’t ever get car sick or anything like that. There is all kinds…

It’s my birthday!! Do you celebrate yours??
It’s always boggled my mind how some people do not celebrate their birthday! Like how?? I don’t mean to have a huge birthday bash every year but some people don’t even say it’s their birthday. I don’t understand! Birthday’s for me are always special. It’s almost as if it’s January 1st. The other day I was thinking about how I was turning 33. How there has been so many times that I should have died. Some of you know my story about my past. I won’t get into it on this post but I couldn’t help it. The tears were rolling down my face. How am I so blessed? …

What I’ve been up to lately…..
I have been extremely busy!! I started two whole new businesses in the past six months so you can only imagine. I love to keep myself busy and being productive at least that’s the hope. The first project I started was a sober home for women in recovery. It has been such a wonderful experience for me. Most of you guys don’t know but I myself am in recovery with 11 years of sobriety!! Only God!! I will save all the details for another post. The second businness I opened was my own hair salon. Yes, after 9 years of working in other salons it was time to chase my…

October! Fall is here!
So… today is October 4th. That means we are 4 days into the last quarter of the year! As I look at my list of goals from the beginning of the year, all I can think is WOW! God has done wonders for me this year! I’m so grateful! I want you to think about YOUR dreams and goals. What is stopping you from doing those things? No one will do them for you. The good news is that there is still time before the year is over! As the holidays come, I stay very busy with my clients but I also have to make sure I balance everything out.…

Welcome to Atlanta!
Most of you saw my posts on Instagram, I was in Atlanta this past week! It was for an event called Millions Conference. It was life changing! For now I will just tell you about what I saw while I was there. We stayed at the Westin in the downtown area. The city was beautiful. Of course we checked out the Martin Luther King church, house and museum. It’s interesting how most of those are still exactly the same. It was neat! We also went to the Georgia aquarium. It is the biggest one in the U.S. and the third biggest in the world. (First two are in Asia) It…
